Beyond his work in digital marketing, Emerson is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Conrad Mortgage, where he empowers clients with personalized financial solutions on their path to homeownership. He’s also the co-owner of PRECISE STRIPING LLC, a successful parking lot lining company he co-founded and scaled through sharp business planning and effective marketing. Emerson’s passion for quality, consistency, and strong client relationships makes him a key asset in every venture he’s a part of.
